The product is especially recommended for lifting, rejuvenating, and deeply moisturizing treatments – after the procedure, the skin becomes visibly smoother, firmer, and more radiant. Its luxurious formula, based on a high concentration of lactic acid and DMAE, ensures both a noticeable anti-wrinkle effect and improvement of skin firmness. DIVES med. - Lactic Peel 50ml is an indispensable tool in the prevention and treatment of aging skin, making it an essential product in every modern aesthetic medicine clinic.

The procedure requires neutralization and adherence to the proper protocol, with the frequency determined by the physician, adjusting the number of sessions and intervals to the patient’s individual needs. Peeling intensity: level 2 out of 5.

Basic protocol:

• Thoroughly cleanse the skin.
• Degrease the skin using Pre Peel Lotion 1.
• Protect sensitive areas such as the eyes (using damp compresses), nose wings, and corners of the mouth (using ointment or petroleum jelly).
• Pour 2.5 to 5 ml of the peel into a measuring cup, depending on the treatment area. Apply quickly and evenly—starting from the forehead, continuing over the cheeks, chin, perioral area, and nose. The patient may feel tingling or itching that will subside after neutralization. Fanning or cooling the skin is recommended to reduce discomfort.
• After the desired exposure time, wipe the treated area with a gauze pad moistened with water, starting from the central part of the face, then cheeks, finishing with the forehead.
• Spray the treated area generously with the neutralizing solution from the set and leave for 4–5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cold water.
• Apply a mask to soothe and regenerate the skin.
• Massage in the post-treatment cream until fully absorbed.
• Apply a moisturizing SPF 50+ sunscreen to protect the skin from harmful UV rays.

PEEL APPLICATION

Exposure time depends on the type, thickness, and condition of the skin as well as the desired therapeutic response level.

Recommended maximum approximate application time: 1 layer for 4–8 minutes

Recommended number of sessions: 4–6 sessions at 10–14 day intervals

Treatment frequency: maintenance session every 6 months

APPLICATION TECHNIQUES

• Fan brush – brush application is especially recommended for gel-consistency peels.
• Gauze – for liquid solutions, gauze is recommended. Application with gauze enhances the effect and penetration of the chemical peel in specific areas (spots, wrinkles, acne scars) with light rubbing over the treated zone. The mechanical action of rubbing intensifies the peeling effect.
• Cotton pads – ideal for small or hard-to-reach areas such as the lip contour, eye area, or localized changes (age spots, deep wrinkles).

COMPOSITION

• Lactic Acid (72%) – gently yet effectively exfoliates the epidermis, deeply moisturizes the skin, regenerates the hydrolipid barrier, and stimulates collagen and elastin synthesis, leading to skin lifting, wrinkle smoothing, and improved texture. Evens out skin tone and reduces discoloration, giving the skin a healthy, radiant look.
• DMAE (11%) – acts as a powerful antioxidant and lifting ingredient that enhances subcutaneous muscle tone, making facial contours more defined. Reduces the appearance of wrinkles, supports long-term lifting effects, and revitalizes the skin.
• Additional ingredients such as glycerin and emollients boost hydration, strengthen the skin’s protective barrier, while the post-peel neutralizer soothes irritation, ensuring comfort after the very first treatment.

Pre-procedure indications:

• No other peels (dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, ultrasonic peels, etc.) 3 weeks prior,
• Avoid exfoliating or irritating substances 5 days before,
• Avoid dyeing, bleaching, waxing, or shaving the treated area 5 days before (24 hours for men),
• Avoid tanning beds or prolonged sun exposure.
• Chemical peel can be performed 1 week after filler injections or tattoo procedures.

• Oral isotretinoin or other retinoid therapy within 6 months,
