INDICATIONS
- removal of excess hyaluronic acid (overcorrection),
- elimination of lumps and irregularities after filler implantation,
- correction of product migration,
- removal of acid from accidentally injected blood vessels (risk of embolism and necrosis),
- treatment of swelling and chronic changes related to acid administration,
- intolerance to hyaluronic acid or cross-linking agent.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
- Hyaluronidase 1500 I.U. - a natural-origin enzyme capable of dissolving hyaluronic acid used in fillers. Metabolized and removed from the body within a week after application.
HOW TO USE
Before performing the procedure, a detailed pre-treatment interview must be conducted to exclude any contraindications. It is also necessary to obtain the patient’s informed consent and to provide full information regarding expected results and possible side effects. Improper use of the product or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions may cause complications and adverse reactions.
- Activate the preparation by dissolving the powder in 10 ml of saline.
- An allergy test (on the inner side of the forearm) is recommended to rule out hypersensitivity. Wait 5 minutes and check for a positive reaction in the form of a wheal with accompanying redness. The presence of mild redness or a vascular spot can be treated as a negative reaction.
- Apply the product locally to the treated areas, not exceeding a dose of 150 I.U. per 1 ml of acid.
- The effect is visible almost immediately, with full action lasting up to 48 hours. The procedure may be repeated if necessary.

- use of anticoagulant drugs (e.g., Aspirin).
