DIVES MED. - ACNEOUT PEEL

DIVES med. Acneout Peel is an advanced chemical peel designed for acne therapy and the care of oily and combination skin. Created for aesthetic medicine clinics and medical offices, it combines high efficacy with safe use. The set allows for 25–30 treatments, depending on the size of the treated area.

Regular use of DIVES med. Acneout Peel provides visible and long-lasting effects in problematic skin therapy. Repeated treatments help reduce inflammation and breakouts, allowing the complexion to regain clarity and balance. The peel effectively cleanses pores and regulates sebum secretion, preventing the reappearance of imperfections. The skin becomes visibly smoother, and acne scars gradually diminish. Additionally, the formula brightens discolorations, evens skin tone, and restores a healthy, radiant appearance. All this takes place with full safety – the product is developed for professional use in medical settings, ensuring effectiveness and high tolerance even for sensitive skin.

Basic protocol:

• thoroughly cleanse the skin,
• degrease the skin using Pre Peel Lotion 1,
• protect sensitive areas such as eyes (with moistened compresses), nostrils, and corners of the mouth (with greasy ointment or petroleum jelly),
• pour 2.5–5 ml of peel into the measuring cup, depending on the treated area. Apply the peel quickly and evenly – starting from the forehead and continuing on the cheeks, chin, perioral area, and nose. The patient may feel tingling or itching, which will subside after neutralization. It is recommended to fan or ventilate the area to minimize this sensation,
• after the designated exposure time, wipe the treated area with a water-soaked gauze, starting from the central parts of the face, cheeks, and ending at the forehead,
• spray the treatment area generously with the neutralizing solution from the set and leave it on for 2–5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cold water,
• apply a soothing and regenerating mask,
• massage in a post-treatment cream until fully absorbed,
• apply a moisturizing SPF50+ sunscreen to protect the skin from harmful UV radiation.

INDICATIONS

• oily and combination skin requiring sebum regulation,
• acne vulgaris and comedones,
• enlarged pores,
• post-acne changes and scars,
• uneven skin texture.

PEELING APPLICATION

The exposure time depends on the type, thickness, and condition of the skin as well as the desired therapeutic response.

Recommended maximum approximate application times (minutes):

• maximum recommended exposure time: 5–10 minutes

Recommended number of sessions: 4–8 sessions every 10–14 days,

Treatment frequency: maintenance session every 6 months.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUES

• fan brush – brush application is particularly recommended for peels with a gel consistency,
• gauze – for liquid solutions, the use of gauze is recommended. Application with a gauze pad enhances the effectiveness and depth of the chemical peel in specific areas (spots, wrinkles, acne scars) with slight rubbing on the treated areas. The mechanical action caused by friction intensifies the effect,
• cotton pads – ideal for applying in small or hard-to-reach areas: perioral region, eye area, or localized imperfections (age spots, deep wrinkles).

COMPOSITION

• Glycolic acid (34%) – the smallest AHA acid, known for its exceptional ability to deeply exfoliate the epidermis. It stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycans, resulting in smoother wrinkles and improved skin firmness. It intensely removes discolorations, cleanses sebaceous glands, and inhibits the development of acne by dissolving accumulated corneocytes,
• Citric acid (10%) – a key AHA acid that supports cell metabolism and vitality. It stimulates the synthesis of procollagen and hyaluronic acid and promotes the growth of dermal and epidermal layers. It brightens the skin, giving it a healthy, radiant glow,
• Lactic acid (10%) – a gentle AHA acid with strong moisturizing properties. A natural component of the NMF (Natural Moisturizing Factor), it supports epidermal ceramides, strengthening the skin’s protective barrier. It improves cell turnover, leaving the skin fresh and firm while reducing discoloration. Long-term use stimulates the skin’s structural fibers, increasing density and elasticity,
• Kojic acid (5%) – an effective tyrosinase inhibitor that prevents melanin formation at all stages. It intensely brightens the skin, evens tone, and enhances hydration. It protects against harmful UV radiation and stimulates natural regeneration,
• Salicylic acid (2%) – a beta-hydroxy acid with keratolytic and antibacterial properties. It normalizes cell renewal, exfoliates dead epidermal cells, and cleanses and tightens sebaceous gland outlets, preventing acne formation. It reduces discolorations and smooths pores and minor acne scars,
• Resorcinol (2%) – a compound with strong keratolytic, depigmenting, and sebostatic effects. It cleanses sebaceous glands, reduces acne-causing bacteria, smooths scars, and eliminates post-inflammatory pigmentation spots.

Pre-procedure indications:

• No other peels (dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, ultrasonic peels, etc.) 3 weeks prior,
• Avoid exfoliating or irritating substances 5 days before,
• Avoid dyeing, bleaching, waxing, or shaving the treated area 5 days before (24 hours for men),
• Avoid tanning beds or prolonged sun exposure.
• Chemical peel can be performed 1 week after filler injections or tattoo procedures.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding,
• Hypersensitivity or allergy to any peel ingredient,
• Oral isotretinoin or other retinoid therapy within 6 months,
• Autoimmune diseases, chronic disorders, or dermatologic conditions,
• Radiotherapy,
• Recent dermatologic procedure,
• Keloids or hypertrophic scars,
• Facial herpes,
• Open or partially open wounds,
• Active acne with open wounds or infections,
• Areas with micropigmentation,
• Patients with unstable psychological profile.
