EJAL 40^®

Ejal 40^® is a non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid with a medium molecular weight, designed to rebuild the basic structure of the extracellular matrix. Instead of traditional multipoint mesotherapy, we recommend biorevitalization using the 4-point BRP technique.

Ejal 40^® is a pure class hyaluronic acid that works more effectively, and its results are long-lasting due to the use of an optimal molecular weight (1200-1800 kDa). It comes in the form of a gel with a smooth consistency. This high-quality product is produced by the Italian company Medixa. It has a CE certificate for medical devices.

Ejal40 therapy involves administering the preparation into 4 BRP (BioRevitalizationPoint) points on each side of the face. In some cases, it is advisable to add a fifth point centrally on the middle of the cheeks. Only 0.2 - 0.25ml of the preparation is administered into each point, which means that the expansion of the tissues is minimal, and therefore, the treatment is painless. 4 boluses of Ejal40 tighten the skin, causing an immediate effect of smoothing and lifting it.

It is recommended to use according to the following protocols:

• age 50+ - 3 treatments at a one-month interval, then 1 treatment per quarter,
• age 40+ - 2-3 treatments at a one-month interval, then 1 treatment every 3-4 months at annual intervals.

Visible effects usually last about 1 - 1.5 years.

INDICATIONS

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• allergy to hyaluronic acid,
• inflammation of the skin and/or skin infection,
• propensity for hypertrophic scars,
• pregnancy and breastfeeding,
• antibiotic therapy.

TREATMENT METHOD

The procedure should be conducted by a specialist familiar with the administration method.

Ejal40 involves administering hyaluronic acid at 4 BRP (BioRevitalizationPoint) on each side of the face. Sometimes there is an indication to add a fifth point centrally on the middle of the cheeks. The treated area should be massaged after injection to ensure proper distribution of the product.

Before the procedure, patients should be informed about possible side effects and risks. The area to be treated should be thoroughly disinfected. The product should be administered slowly into the skin.

Post-treatment, there may be slight swelling, redness, or minor bruises which disappear within a few hours to several days.

Store at a temperature from 2 to 25°C. Protect from sunlight and frost. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
