NUCLEOFILL MEDIUM

Nucleofill is Biostimulation - Regeneration - Skin densification - Lifting.

It is a new and innovative product line from the renowned Italian company Promoitalia for biostimulation based on natural polynucleotides. Polynucleotides are naturally occurring nucleotide polymers, meaning:

• compounds that build nucleic acids - DNA and RNA,
• compounds that build cofactors and coenzymes, e.g., respiratory chain.

Polynucleotides activate two types of membrane receptors on fibroblasts, thus contributing to stimulating the production of type I collagen and the maturation of fibroblasts into myofibroblasts.

Nucleofill also contributes to neutralizing free radicals through polymeric macromolecules that act immediately.

Thanks to the water-binding ability of hydrophilic groups of individual nucleotides, there is deep hydration of tissues and extracellular matrix.

Nucleofill Medium should not be used for injections in the periorbital area (eyelids, eye socket). The Nucleofill product should only be administered via subcutaneous or intradermal injection. Do not inject intravascularly.

The lack of proteins and sugars in the product makes it safe.

The product can be used on various body areas: neck, décolleté, face (cheeks, cheekbones), back of the hands, abdominal area, thighs, and buttocks.

The best results are achieved after 2–4 treatments performed once every 14–30 days. This session can be repeated one to three times a year.

INDICATIONS

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• circulatory diseases,
• persistent skin inflammation,
• epilepsy,
• diabetes,
• herpes,
• past or current autoimmune diseases,
• pregnancy and breastfeeding,
• not to be used in individuals under 18 years of age,
• antibiotic therapy.

TREATMENT METHOD

The procedure should be carried out by a specialist familiar with the administration technique.

The recommended injection technique depends on the type of wrinkles, individual patient needs, skin condition, and expected results. Nucleofill can be administered using various injection techniques: linear, point, cross, or fan-shaped. The treated area should be massaged after injection to ensure proper product distribution.

Before the procedure, patients should be informed about the product’s composition, properties, possible side effects, and risks. The treated area should be thoroughly disinfected. The product should be administered slowly into the skin.

After the procedure, slight swelling, redness, or small bruises may occur, which disappear within a few hours to a few days.
