GOURI

GOURI is a Korean medical product (CE mark 2764) in the form of liquid PCL (polycaprolactone) for injection. It is a fully soluble, biocompatible, and biodegradable polymer. GOURI is neither a skin booster nor a dermal filler - it is a collagen biostimulator that stimulates natural collagen synthesis in the skin, acting anti-aging.

GOURI is the world's first 100% liquid PCL (polycaprolactone) for injections, spreading throughout the face. GOURI needs to be injected at a few points and gently massaged.

GOURI is suitable for individuals over 30 years old who want to address issues related to skin laxity or aging. GOURI is ideal for improving skin on the face, neck, and hands.

It is recommended to perform 3-4 sessions at 4-week intervals, depending on individual skin laxity. Effects are visible 1-2 weeks after treatment and last for 9-12 months.

GOURI can be administered using 2 different methods:

• 5-point injection technique - involves injecting GOURI into 5 biostimulation points on each side of the face (2ml of product is needed for 1 treatment),
• Technique using a cannula - is less invasive and safer, requiring only 2 or 4 injection points on each side of the face.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• skin inflammatory condition,

TREATMENT METHOD

The procedure should be performed by a specialist familiar with the administration method.

GOURI can be administered using a 30-35G needle or a 25G 50mm cannula. The preparation should be administered using a linear technique or in the form of "microinjections" at appropriate sites. The doctor selects the technique based on the individual needs of the patient. The treatment area should be massaged after injection to ensure proper distribution of the product.

Before the procedure, patients should be informed about possible side effects and risks. The area to be treated should be thoroughly disinfected. The product should be administered slowly into the skin.

Mild swelling, redness, or small bruises may occur after the procedure, which usually disappear within a few hours to a few days. After injection, patients are often advised to avoid intense physical exertion, saunas, and sun exposure for several days.
