Nucleofill Soft Plus Eyes is a biostimulator for the treatment of the eye area

It is a new and innovative product line from the renowned Italian company Promoitalia for biostimulation based on natural polynucleotides. Polynucleotides are naturally occurring polymers of nucleotides, which are:

• compounds that build nucleic acids - DNA and RNA,
• compounds that build cofactors and coenzymes, including the respiratory chain,

Polynucleotides activate two types of membrane receptors on fibroblasts, which in turn contribute to stimulating the production of type I collagen and the maturation of fibroblasts into myofibroblasts.

Nucleofill also contributes to "scavenging free radicals" using polymeric macromolecules that act immediately.

Thanks to the water-binding properties of the hydrophilic groups of individual nucleotides, it provides deep hydration of tissues and the extracellular matrix.

For optimal results, it is recommended to undergo three treatment cycles, which should be performed every 14-30 days.

Nucleofill Soft Plus Eyes is the first product made from low molecular weight fragments of polynucleotide chains (50-100 kDa), designed specifically for delicate areas such as the eye region.

The absence of proteins and sugars in the product makes it safe.

The product can be used before and after procedures such as blepharoplasty, lifting, laser resurfacing, which aim to improve skin quality.

INDICATIONS

The treatment can be performed regardless of age and skin type.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• circulatory diseases,
• persistent skin inflammation,
• epilepsy,
• diabetes,
• herpes,
• past or current autoimmune diseases,
• pregnancy and breastfeeding,
• should not be used in individuals under 18 years of age,
• antibiotic therapy.

TREATMENT METHOD

The procedure should be performed by a specialist familiar with the injection method.

The recommended injection technique depends on the type of wrinkles and the patient's individual needs, skin condition, and expected results. Nucleofill can be administered using different injection techniques: linear, point, cross, and fan. The product can be administered with a needle or cannula. The procedure is performed in the dermis or superficial subcutaneous layer, depending on the chosen technique and the patient's individual needs. The treated area should be massaged after injection to ensure proper distribution of the product.

IMPORTANT: do not exceed 2 ml per single procedure.

Before the procedure, patients should be informed about the composition of the product, its properties, possible side effects, and risks. The treated area should be thoroughly disinfected. The product should be administered slowly into the skin.

After the procedure, mild swelling, redness, or minor bruising may occur, which will disappear after a few hours to a few days.

STORAGE

Store at a temperature between 5°C and 25°C. Protect from sunlight and freezing. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
