NUCLEOFILL STRONG
Nucleofill is Biostimulation - Regeneration - Skin densification - Lifting.
It is an innovative product line from the renowned Italian company Promoitalia for biostimulation based on natural polynucleotides. Polynucleotides are naturally occurring polymers of nucleotides, which are:
- compounds that build nucleic acids – DNA and RNA,
- compounds forming cofactors and coenzymes, e.g. in the respiratory chain,
Polynucleotides activate two types of membrane receptors on fibroblasts, thereby contributing to the stimulation of type I collagen production and the maturation of fibroblasts into myofibroblasts.
Nucleofill also contributes to neutralizing free radicals with polymeric macromolecules that act immediately.
Thanks to water-binding by the hydrophilic groups of individual nucleotides, deep hydration of tissues and the extracellular matrix is achieved.
To achieve optimal results, it is recommended to perform four treatments spaced 14–30 days apart.
Nucleofill should not be used for injections in the periorbital area (eyelids, eye socket). Nucleofill should only be administered via subcutaneous or intradermal injection. Do not inject intravascularly.
The absence of proteins and sugars in the product makes it safe.
The product can be used to treat various body areas: neck, décolletage, face (periorbital area, cheeks, cheekbones), back of the hands, abdominal skin, thighs, and buttocks.

INDICATIONS

CONTRAINDICATIONS
- circulatory diseases,
- persistent skin inflammation,
- epilepsy,
- diabetes,
- herpes,
- past or current autoimmune diseases,
- pregnancy and breastfeeding,
- should not be used in persons under 18 years old,
- antibiotic therapy.
TREATMENT METHOD
The procedure should be performed by a professional familiar with the injection technique.
The recommended injection technique depends on the type of wrinkles and the individual needs of the patient, skin condition, and expected results. Nucleofill can be administered using various injection techniques: linear, point, cross, or fan technique. The treated area should be massaged after injection to ensure proper distribution of the product.
Before the procedure, patients should be informed about the product composition, its properties, possible side effects, and risks. The treatment area should be thoroughly disinfected. The product should be injected slowly into the skin.
After the procedure, mild swelling, redness, or small bruises may occur, which typically disappear within a few hours to a few days.
