MD-TISSUE

MD-Tissue is a medical device with collagen that helps restore skin tension, elasticity, and firmness while supporting the production of the body's own collagen. It stimulates fibroblasts to synthesize type I collagen and inhibits the biosynthesis of matrix metalloproteinase MMP I, thereby preventing collagen degradation in the extracellular matrix.

MD-Tissue intensely hydrates all skin types, reduces wrinkles, and addresses other signs of skin aging, such as photoaging. The product does not act volumetrically like fillers but instead provides a natural rejuvenation effect.

MD-Tissue can be used preventively from the age of 25 when the production of new collagen fibers starts to decline (about 1.5% collagen loss annually). This is why the skin loses firmness and elasticity, and static wrinkles appear. It also becomes thinner and more prone to sagging and forming grooves.

MD-Tissue can be used on the entire body but is perfectly suited for delicate facial areas (around the eyes and mouth), décolletage, neck, and hands. It also works in scar correction.

The product is enriched with additional active ingredients such as ascorbic acid (vitamin C), magnesium, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), and thiamine (vitamin B1). Ascorbic acid has strong antioxidant properties, eliminating free radicals and protecting collagen in tissues. It also influences the maturation of collagen fibers. Vitamins B1, B2, and B6 accelerate the neosynthesis cycle of collagen in fibroblasts, speeding up the reconstruction of the collagen framework formed by type I tropocollagen. Magnesium gluconate helps and accelerates the collagen maturation process.

Recommended: 8-10 treatments or until satisfactory results are achieved. Treatments should be conducted every 7-10 days, depending on the patient's skin condition.

TREATMENT METHOD

The procedure should be performed by a specialist familiar with the injection method.

MD-Tissue can be administered using a 30G 4mm needle for microinjections or a 30G 13mm needle for the tunneling technique. The doctor selects the technique based on the patient’s individual needs. INTRADERMAL INJECTION TECHNIQUE: injection depth 1-3 mm, volume per injection 0.2-0.3 ml in the treated area. TUNNELING TECHNIQUE: inject 0.3 ml per wrinkle. Insert the needle under the skin to its full length, inject the product while withdrawing the syringe, gently moving the needle right and left under the wrinkle. Massage the treated area after injection to ensure proper product distribution.

Patients should be informed about possible side effects and risks before the procedure. The treated area should be thoroughly disinfected. The product should be injected slowly into the skin.

After the procedure, mild swelling, redness, or small bruises may occur, which usually disappear within a few hours to a few days.

STORAGE

Store at a temperature of 2 to 25°C. Protect from sunlight and frost. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
