KARISMA is an innovative biostimulator based on type I collagen, derived from silk threads, which naturally restores firmness and elasticity to the skin.

The collagen included in the KARISMA product is obtained using innovative technology with the use of silk threads. Unlike other products, the collagen used, despite being fully tissue compatible with human collagen, is not of animal origin. Thanks to NEOSILK technology, the production of type I procollagen C peptide in fibroblasts is increased. This type of peptides facilitates the wrapping of procollagen molecules into a triple helix (superhelix) conformation in the endoplasmic reticulum,
- CMC – carboxymethylcellulose
It acts anti-aging, limits the activity of free oxygen radicals and endogenous hyaluronidase. It has a protective effect on hyaluronic acid,
- HA – high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (1200-1500 kDa)
Provides an immediate post-treatment effect and improves the quality of the extracellular matrix, promotes fibroblast migration.
It is recommended to perform 2 treatments at a one-month interval. Depending on age, lifestyle, and skin quality, the effects of the treatment can last from 6 to 12 months. It's worth doing a reminder treatment after 4 months, depending on indications.
KARISMA is administered using mesotherapy or reverse linear technique, using a needle or cannula.

TREATMENT METHOD
The procedure should be performed by a specialist familiar with the method of administration.
KARISMA is administered using mesotherapy or the retrograde linear technique, using a needle or cannula. The treatment area should be massaged after injection to ensure proper distribution of the product.
Before the procedure, patients should be informed about possible side effects and risks. The area to be treated should be thoroughly disinfected. The product should be injected slowly into the skin.
Post-treatment, slight swelling, redness, or minor bruises may occur, which disappear after a few hours to several days.
