Shipping & Delivery


All orders will ship to you via courier DHL or DPD. All shipments are insured.

 If there is no country to which you want to order products please contact us.



Order realization


  • Completing order may take an average of 1-4 working days.

  • Backorders - In the event that we do not have all the products from your order in stock, the dispatch will usually be 3-6 working days later unless otherwise informed.

  • Expected delivery date, please count from the moment of sending the delivery to the courier company. You will be informed about this by email.

  • The same day as your order is shipped you will receive a shipment email with tracking number.

  • For EU orders the expected delivery time is 2-5 business days, for international parcels within 2-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs will be stated clearly for approval at the time you check out for the entire consignment.

  • Aesthetic Pharma Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for errors in delivery where the delivery address provided by the customer is wrong or where the customer has made changes during its transit.

  • Order sent outside the Polish borders must be paid in advance (on-line). Performance of the contract occurs only after receiving the full amount of the invoice to our account.

  • It is unfortunately not possible to pick-up orders in our warehouse in Wroclaw.

  • You are responsible, as importer of the goods for paying any local import duties or import taxes (if applicable) at the border of your import country.

Please note :

Aesthetic Pharma sp. z o.o. is not responsible for delays in shipment, but our customer service team will contact the courier on your behalf in the unlikely event that your parcel is delayed. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.

Packages which have been suspended in custom duties:

Please note it is the responsibility of the importer (customer) to know the rules and regulations of a country. If a package is stopped in customs we advise you to contact your local customs office and either try to have the package released or reject it and have it resend to us. After receiving the returned package, we will refund the value of the order minus the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please note we only make a refund if we receive the returned package - we do not take responsibility of seized goods.If the Customs Service opens the originally secured products during the inspection, the cost of these products is covered by the Buyer.
