SUNEKOS PERFORMA
Sunekos is a new treatment for the natural regeneration of skin tissue, restoring the balance of the extracellular matrix (ECM) through stimulation of collagen and elastin production. Sunekos is a specific, internationally patented (PCT/IB2015) combination of uncrosslinked hyaluronic acid and amino acids to stimulate the regeneration of the extracellular matrix (ECM). The product thus stimulates fibroblasts to create new protein fibers of the skin, such as collagen and primarily elastin. This process is called skin biogenesis, which is only possible thanks to strictly selected amino acids in terms of quality and quantity, combined with hyaluronic acid.
Sunekos Performa is the latest product for skin revitalization, appreciated by doctors and patients of the Sunekos biostimulator line. What makes Sunekos so unique is that it produces collagen and elastin in the same proportions as needed by the body, thus working longer and providing better and more lasting results.
Sunekos Performa is about 30% stronger than Sunekos 200, therefore it is intended for demanding skin types. Sunekos Performa contains about 28% more amino acids and about 17% more hyaluronic acid than the valued and popular Sunekos 200 (which is intended for delicate and less demanding skin and for eye area therapy).
Sunekos Performa can be applied not only to the face skin, but also to the neck, décolleté, hands, arms, inner thigh, and area under the knees.
Sunekos Performa can be used in combination with treatments such as: peeling, laser therapy, dermabrasion.
3 - 4 treatments are recommended at intervals of 7-10 days - of course, this depends on the patient's skin condition. A very subtle and natural volumetric effect is visible immediately after the treatment. For further effects of skin brightening, wrinkle smoothing, and firming, it is necessary to wait. The first visible effects are after about 10 days, and the final ones last for over 6 months.
Procedure Description:
- Cleansing and disinfection of the area to be treated.
- Administration of the product using one of three techniques: microbolus, interstitial fluid, or cannula (25-27-30G). The injection method is selected based on the individual needs of the patient and the doctor's preferences.
Interstitial Fluid Flow Technique (IFT) - it is a technique that combines two basic mechanisms used in the regeneration of the extracellular matrix, namely injection into the middle to deep layers of the dermis and lymphatic drainage.

TREATMENT METHOD
The treatment should be carried out by a specialist familiar with the administration method.
Sunekos Performa can be administered using a 30G 12-13mm needle or through a cannula - 27 - 30G 40mm. It is necessary to massage the treatment area after injection to ensure proper distribution of the product.
Patients should be informed about possible side effects and risks before the treatment. The area to be treated should be thoroughly disinfected. The product should be injected slowly into the skin.
After the treatment, slight swelling, redness, or minor bruises may occur, which disappear after a few hours to a few days.
