JUVEDERM^® VOLIFT™ LIDOCAINE

JUVEDÉRM^® VOLIFT™ with Lidocaine is a product from the JUVEDÉRM® family of hyaluronic acid-based fillers. It is another product by Allergan using the unique VYCROSS ™ technology.

JUVEDÉRM^® VOLIFT™ with Lidocaine allows for long-lasting results that can last up to 15 months. Thanks to the added lidocaine, the patient does not feel pain during injections, enhancing the comfort during the procedure.

The preparation is a gel with a smooth texture enabling a natural look and feel, minimal swelling, and bruising, with prolonged effects.

VYCROSS™ technology involves using a unique, patented combination of high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, which increases the degree of its cross-linking. Better cross-linking allows for the use of hyaluronic acid at a lower concentration while maintaining its excellent filling capabilities and reducing swelling.

INDICATIONS

• Face contouring,
• Correction of deep wrinkles, such as nasolabial folds,
• Restoring volume to cheeks and chin,
• Restoring the face's oval and volume,
• Increasing lip volume,
• Drooping lip corners,
• Marionette lines.

COMPOSITION

Hyaluronic acid HA concentration: 17.5 mg/ml

Lidocaine: 0.3%

Phosphate solution pH: 7.2 q.s.p 1ml

PACKAGING

2 syringes containing 1 ml of the product each,

4 needles 30G 1/2.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• skin with inflammatory conditions,
• in combination with peelings or laser light,
• hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid,
• hypersensitivity to lidocaine,
• should not be used in areas where other fillers have been injected,
• tendency to form hypertrophic scars,
• antibiotic therapy,
• pregnant or breastfeeding women.

TREATMENT METHOD

The procedure should be performed by a specialist familiar with the administration method.

The recommended injection depth depends on the type of wrinkles and the chosen technique. Juvederm Volift is indicated solely for injections into the deep dermis or the mucous membrane of the lips. A 25G, 27G, or 30G cannula can be used. It is essential to massage the treated area after the injection to ensure proper distribution of the product.

Before the procedure, patients should be informed about potential side effects and risks. The area to be treated should be thoroughly disinfected. The product should be administered slowly into the skin.

After the procedure, slight swelling, redness, or minor bruises may occur, which disappear after a few hours to several days.

STORAGE

Store at a temperature between 2 to 25°C. Protect from sunlight and frost. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
