Mesoestetic mesopeel Salicylic TCA Glycolic

MESOESTETIC - ALMOND PEEL 30%

Mesopeel chemical peeling is a medical device ensuring safety. The purpose of chemical peeling is intentional, accelerated, and controlled skin regeneration. Each peeling has a unique formula that allows it to work at different depths, enabling the doctor to flexibly tailor and prepare treatment programs session by session. Chemical peeling supports the removal of outer layers to stimulate collagen and elastin production.

Mesopeel® peels are designed so that they can be combined, allowing for a multilayer application in the same session or used in subsequent sessions. Following the manufacturer's recommendations, it is advisable to start with the lowest concentrations and increase them based on skin tolerance and the intended effect.

Classification

Mesopeel chemical peels can be divided into 4 degrees, depending on the depth of action, which is also matched to the character and severity of treated lesions.

Almond Acid Peel is a superficial peel that causes gentle exfoliation of the superficial layers of the stratum corneum. Mandelic Peel contributes to treating skin imperfections related to discoloration, photoaging, superficial scars caused by acne or other pathological changes. It stimulates the synthesis of collagen and proteoglycans. Supports the skin rejuvenation process. Mesopeel Mandelic 30% is ideal for use before microneedling procedures and depigmenting therapies. Mandelic acid is NOT recommended for individuals with sensitive skin, pustular acne, sunburn, or active outbreaks.

This acid comes from almonds and acts as a fruit acid, being a type of alpha hydroxy acid (AHA). It works on the stratum corneum, helping to exfoliate dead skin cells. Mandelic acid also works on improving the skin texture, smoothing it and giving it a fresh appearance. This peel can help in reducing fine lines and wrinkles, as well as in treating skin discolorations.

Basic Protocol:

  • Cleanse the skin with Hydra Milk Cleanser, then tone the skin with Hydratonic,
  • Degrease the skin using Pre-procedure cleansing solution,
  • Protect sensitive areas, such as the outer corners of the eyes, the wings of the nose, and mucous membranes with Mesolips Protector,
  • Pour 2.5 to 5 ml of mesopeel into the measuring cup, depending on the treated area. Apply the peel quickly and evenly - starting from the forehead and continuing on the cheeks, chin, periocular area, and nose. The patient may feel tingling or itching, which will subside after neutralization. Fanning or airing is recommended to reduce this sensation,
  • Rinse the treated area with a gauze moistened with water after the specified exposure time, starting from the central part, cheeks, and finishing on the forehead,
  • Spray the treated area with a large amount of post-peel neutralizing spray and leave the preparation for a few minutes,
  • Apply the post-peel crystal fiber mask to the face to soothe, regenerate, and open the skin. In other areas of peeling application, apply a thick layer of anti-stress mask and leave on for 20 minutes, then rinse with water,
  • Massage Post-procedure fast skin repair until completely absorbed to stimulate the formation of a new epithelium on the skin,
  • Apply moisturizing sunscreen SPF50+ to the face to protect the skin from harmful UV radiation.

INDICATION

  • normalizes sebum secretion,
  • reduces pores,
  • evens out skin tone,
  • improves skin texture, making it smoother,
  • reduces fine lines and wrinkles.

APPLICATION OF PEELS

The exposure time depends on the type, thickness, and condition of the skin, as well as the desired level of therapeutic response.

Recommended maximum approximate application times (minutes):

  • maximum recommended exposure times:

- face and body - 10 minutes,

- neck - 2 minutes,

  • recommended number of sessions: 6 sessions at intervals of at least 2 weeks,
  • treatment frequency: maintenance session every 6 months.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUES

  • fan brush - brush application is particularly recommended for gel-like peels,
  • gauze - for liquid solutions, the use of gauze is recommended. Applying with gauze allows for enhancing the action and depth of chemical peeling in specific areas (spots, wrinkles, acne scars), with minimal rubbing on areas of pathological changes. Mechanical action caused by friction intensifies its effect,
  • cotton swabs - are very suitable for facilitating application in small or hard-to-reach areas: lip areas, eye areas, or pinpoint changes (age spots, deep wrinkles).

INGREDIENTS

  • almond acid 30%,
  • other ingredients: water, 2-propanol, glycerol, hydroxyethyl cellulose.
