MESOESTETIC - COSMELAN 2 CREAM
Cosmelan® 2 is a depigmenting cream with the ability to regulate melanin production. It is indicated for eliminating melanin-origin discolorations and treating various types of blemishes such as melasma, sunspots, age spots, lentigo, spots caused by birth control pills, post-inflammatory, etc. Cosmelan 2 is suitable for all skin phototypes.
Cosmelan 2 is used both as an independent cream and as a treatment to maintain the results achieved in the salon with the application of Mesoestetic Cosmelan 1 Depigmenting Mask. It intensifies the action of Cosmelan 1.
Cosmelan 2 regulates the production of new melanin and prevents the recurrence of spots.
Depigmentation is achieved by combining ingredients with proven efficacy that act on all phases of the hyperpigmentation process:
- inhibiting tyrosinase activation, which minimizes melanin production,
- blocking the transfer of melanin between the melanosome and keratinocytes, thus preventing the spread of pigment to the skin surface,
- destroying melanin deposits, avoiding their accumulation,
- increasing epidermal renewal by intensively eliminating existing melanin accumulations.
Studies have shown that in 99% of cases, the intensity of spots decreases by 95%.

Normalizes sebum secretion, tightens pores, can also be used in anti-aging treatments. A significant advantage of the cream is its universality, meaning it can be used at any time of year (with mandatory additional UV protection) and for every skin type, which is an innovation among lightening products.
The color and structure of the cream may vary between batches, ranging from mustard tone to dark brown. This is a natural aspect of the product and does not indicate any imperfections. Changing color during the use of the product over its shelf life is standard behavior.

APPLICATION
Apply 2-3 times a day to the face, neck, and cleavage, previously cleansed and dried, evenly spreading a small amount of the cream. Avoid the eyes and mouth area. It is recommended to use an additional sunscreen with a minimum SPF30 during the day.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
- Do not use with other branded products,
- Do not use if you are pregnant,
- Do not use if allergic to aspirin,
- Do not apply if skin is allergic,
- Do not apply the cream only to problematic areas, apply the cream to the entire face to prevent pigment shift,
- Do not use to treat hypopigmentation,
- Do not use if you have autoimmune disorders,
- Do not use with Retinol-based products,
- Do not use with exfoliating products, such as peels or cosmetics with AHA and BHA acids.
HOW TO USE
A comprehensive skin lightening therapy should last for at least three months. During the first month, after consultation with a specialist, it is recommended to use the cream between 3 and 7 times a week, as per the specialist's guidelines. Apply the product 1 to 3 times a day to thoroughly cleansed skin, massaging it in with gentle movements.
The manufacturer suggests the following care plan, which, however, can be adjusted by a specialist depending on individual needs and the patient's skin condition:
STAGE I - ACTIVE DEPIGMENTATION - FIRST MONTH
- Morning: Cosmelan 2 cream, followed by a moisturizing cream and SPF50 cream;
- Midday: Cosmelan 2 cream, then moisturizing cream and SPF50 cream,
- Evening: Cosmelan 2 cream, followed by a moisturizing cream.
If discomfort occurs, reduce the frequency of cream application to 2 times a day.
STAGE II - PIGMENTATION STABILIZATION - SECOND MONTH
- Morning: Cosmelan 2 cream, followed by a moisturizing cream and SPF50 cream,
- Midday: SPF50 cream,
- Evening: Cosmelan 2 cream, then moisturizing cream.
STAGE III - MAINTAINING EFFECTS - THIRD MONTH
- Morning: SPF50 cream,
- Midday: SPF50 cream,
- Evening: Cosmelan 2 cream, followed by a moisturizing cream.
After this phase, it's worthwhile to continue maintenance care, applying the cream every 3-4 days.
STORAGE
Store at room temperature, in a shaded place. Protect from sunlight and frost. Do not keep the cream in the refrigerator. Keep out of reach of children.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Cosmelan 2 can cause temporary redness, itching, and dryness of the skin. The symptoms will decrease with time. If the discomfort is too great, it is recommended to reduce the frequency of use. The skin's response varies depending on the individual and the nature of the discoloration.
The use of the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.

Allergic reactions are possible. In the event of an allergic reaction or irritation, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
