RESTYLANE^® VOLYME LIDOCAINE

Restylane products (formerly Emervel) have been developed using an innovative manufacturing technology called Optimal Balance Technology, ensuring the optimal consistency of filler gel. Therefore, they have good tolerance and provide long-lasting aesthetic results.

Restylane^® Volyme (Emervel^® Volume) is a non-animal origin cross-linked hyaluronic acid, single-phase, transparent, and biodegradable.

Restylane^® Volyme is intended for facial contouring, such as cheeks, cheekbones, chin, or the entire facial oval. Restylane® Volyme contains lidocaine, which helps reduce pain during and after the procedure.

The effects of the procedure last for 6 - 9 months, depending on the type and condition of the patient's skin.

INDICATIONS

The product should be injected supra-periosteally or into subcutaneous tissue, depending on the area to be treated:

• Improvement of facial features such as cheekbones, chin, and the overall facial oval,
• It has excellent skin lifting properties, providing a maximum lifting effect.

COMPOSITION

Hyaluronic acid HA concentration: 20 mg/ml

Lidocaine: 0.3%

Physiological buffer with pH 7, quantity adjusted to 1 mL.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• In areas or surrounding areas where there are inflammatory conditions or skin infections (acne, rash),
• In combination with peelings, laser therapy, and dermabrasion,
• Tendency to form hypertrophic scars,
• Hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid, mannitol, lidocaine hydrochloride, or locally applied anesthetics,
• Patients with porphyria,
• Reduced blood clotting,
• Allergy, including to chromium and nickel,
• Taking blood-thinning medications (e.g., Aspirin, Polocard),
• Pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and children,
• Menstruation,
• Taking antibiotics (up to 2 weeks after completing antibiotic therapy).

TREATMENT METHOD

The treatment should be carried out by a specialist familiar with the administration method.

The recommended depth of injection depends on the type of wrinkles and the chosen technique.

Patients should be informed about possible side effects and risks before the treatment. It is recommended to use a prior anesthetic before applying the solution.

After treatment, slight swelling, redness, or minor bruises may occur, which disappear after a few hours to a few days.

STORAGE

Store at a temperature of 0-25°C. Protect from sunlight and frost. Do not freeze. Keep out of the reach of children.
