SAYPHA^® VOLUME PLUS LIDOCAINE

Saypha Volume Plus Lidocaine is a sterile, biodegradable medical device based on highly cross-linked hyaluronic acid with an exceptionally high concentration of 25 mg/ml. The formula is enriched with lidocaine (0.3%), providing anesthetic properties and significantly increasing patient comfort during injections.

The product is characterized by excellent elasticity and the ability to increase skin volume, resulting in a natural and long-lasting volumizing and lifting effect that lasts for 6 to 12 months. CONTRAINDICATIONS

• hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid,
• inflammatory conditions and/or skin infections,
• tendency to develop hypertrophic scars,
• pregnancy and breastfeeding,
• antibiotic therapy,
• in combination with deep chemical peels, laser light or dermabrasion,
• should not be injected into the eyelid.

TREATMENT METHOD

The procedure should be performed by a specialist familiar with the injection technique.

The recommended injection depth depends on the type of wrinkles and the chosen technique. Saypha Volume Plus Lidocaine is administered through deep or very deep subcutaneous injections or supraperiosteal injections. In some cases (with pronounced asymmetry or significant soft tissue volume deficit), an additional correction may be performed after 2–4 weeks. After injection, a gentle massage is performed to evenly distribute the gel under the skin.

Patients should be informed about potential side effects and risks before the procedure. The treatment area should be thoroughly disinfected. The product should be injected slowly into the skin.

After the procedure, slight swelling, redness, or small bruises may occur, which disappear within a few hours to a few days.
