CONTRAINDICATIONS

• allergy to hyaluronic acid,
• skin inflammation and/or infection,
• tendency to develop hypertrophic scars,
• pregnancy and breastfeeding,
• antibiotic therapy,
• in combination with deep chemical peeling, laser treatment, and dermabrasion,
• do not inject into the eyelid.

TREATMENT METHOD

The procedure should be performed by a specialist familiar with the injection technique.

The recommended injection depth depends on the type of wrinkles and the selected technique. Belotero Intense is indicated for injection into the mid to deep dermis. The treated area should be massaged after the injection to ensure proper distribution of the product.

Before the procedure, patients should be informed about potential side effects and risks. The treatment area should be thoroughly disinfected. The product should be administered slowly into the skin.

After treatment, mild swelling, redness, or small bruises may occur, which disappear within a few hours to a few days.
