JUVÉDERM Ultra 4 belongs to the family of fillers based on non-animal hyaluronic acid with cross-linking, which is produced using Allergan's patented Hylacross technology. Hyaluronic acid is completely biodegradable, meaning it will undergo a natural enzymatic reaction and be broken down and absorbed by the body. Juvederm Ultra 4 not only moisturizes the skin but also tightens it, resulting in smooth and youthful-looking skin. The product contains lidocaine, which reduces pain during and after the procedure, allowing the patient to return to their daily activities almost immediately, as redness and swelling after the procedure are almost invisible.

The gel's consistency is smooth, ensuring ease of injection and high precision of delivery, even in shallow layers of the dermis. The effects of the procedure can last for up to 12 months.

INDICATIONS

• Correction of deep skin depressions by injecting into the deep layers of the skin (e.g., deep nasolabial folds),
• Lip augmentation,
• Cheekbone augmentation,
• Chin shaping.

The price refers to a single syringe. The package contains two syringes. When purchasing one syringe, the package will be issued randomly.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• Hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid,
• Inflammatory and/or infectious skin condition,
• Tendency to develop hypertrophic scars,
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding,
• Antibiotic therapy,
• In combination with deep chemical peels, laser light, and dermabrasion,
• Do not inject the product into the eyelid.

TREATMENT METHOD

The procedure should be performed by a specialist familiar with the administration technique.

The recommended injection depth depends on the type of wrinkles and the chosen technique. Juvederm Ultra 4 is intended exclusively for injections into the deep layers of the skin.

Juvederm Ultra 4 should not be used to treat wrinkles between the brows or around the eyes.

Before the procedure, patients should be informed about potential side effects and risks. The area to be treated should be thoroughly disinfected. The product should be injected slowly into the skin.

After the procedure, mild swelling, redness, or minor bruising may occur, which typically disappears within a few hours to several days.
