The molecular weight in FILLMED^® M-HA 18 has an increased molecular weight (2.5 million Daltons), resulting in the product decomposing much slower.

FILLMED M-HA 18 is designed for treating superficial wrinkles and restoring skin density. It replenishes deficiencies in endogenous hyaluronic acid caused by aging and excessive sun exposure. Its unique composition based on stabilized hyaluronic acid and glycerol ensures prolonged improvement in skin tension, elasticity, densification, and filling of small wrinkles, crow's feet, wrinkles around the eyes, or mouth area. It has strong moisturizing properties, making it ideal for intensive treatments for dehydrated skin.

Treatment technique:

• Filling: retrotracing injection along superficial wrinkles,
• Mesotherapy: nappage or intradermal point injections.

INDICATION

• filling fine lines (e.g., eye contour, lips),
• increasing skin thickness and density,
• preventing wrinkle formation,
• raising the hydration level of dehydrated skin,
• increasing tension and elasticity,
• illuminating the skin.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• allergy to hyaluronic acid,
• allergy to any component of the product,
• skin inflammation and/or skin infection,
• predisposition to hypertrophic scars,
• pregnancy and breastfeeding period,
• antibiotic therapy.

TREATMENT METHOD

The procedure should be performed by a specialist familiar with the administration method.

The procedure should be carried out manually using a multi-point injection technique or superficially along wrinkles.

Before the procedure, patients should be informed about possible side effects and risks. The area undergoing the procedure should be thoroughly disinfected. The product should be administered slowly into the skin.

After the procedure, slight swelling, redness, or minor bruising may occur, which disappears within a few hours to a few days.

Store at temperatures between 2 and 30°C. Protect from sunlight and frost. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
