STYLAGE XL BI-SOFT

The StylAge® range has been designed by the French manufacturer Vivacy for hydration, wrinkle correction, and volumetric corrections.

StylAge® is the first modern single-phase gels consisting of cross-linked, biodegradable hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin - patented with IPN-LIKE technology and a natural antioxidant - mannitol. The IPN-LIKE technology involves the interpenetration of polymer networks which results in the preparation having high elasticity and evenly spreading in the tissue. Added mannitol shows strong action against free radicals and delays the degradation of hyaluronic acid after injection, thus prolonging the duration of the treatment effect. The use of mannitol reduces the risk of bruising and swelling during the procedure.

As a result, it is an innovative formula, and the resulting product is completely safe. The range of StylAge® preparations is diverse, and at the same time suitable for wrinkles of every type and size. There is also the possibility of combining products during patient treatment.

The gels are flexible, which facilitates modeling, even in delicate areas such as the nose, temples, and hands. At the same time, they have high viscoelasticity, which contributes to a natural effect after the procedure.

The effects of the treatment last 9 - 12 months, depending on the type and condition of the patient's skin.

StylAge® XL is intended for volumetric correction, which supports the skin and improves the oval of the face, providing an immediate and long-lasting effect. This product has been developed with the aim of restoring lost volume or creating new filling.

StylAge® XL, despite its density, is very pliable and can be administered using a 26G needle or cannula. The preparation provides the most natural effects possible and allows for the use of the most advanced injection techniques.

INDICATIONS

• recreating and/or highlighting facial shapes (cheeks, facial oval, subcutaneous tissue deficits) through injection into the deep layer of the dermis or under the skin,
• chin modeling for facial profile correction,
• temple modeling - corrections of atrophy in very thin patients,
• treating facial lipoatrophy in patients with HIV,
• rejuvenation of the outer surface of the hands.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• in areas or near areas with inflammatory conditions or skin infections (acne, rash),
• in combination with peels, laser therapy, and dermabrasion,
• tendency to form hypertrophic scars,
• hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid, mannitol, lidocaine hydrochloride, or topically applied anesthetics,
• patients with porphyria,
• reduced blood clotting,
• allergy, also to chromium and nickel,
• taking blood thinning medications (e.g., Aspirin, Polocard),
• pregnant women, nursing mothers, and children,
• menstruation,
• taking antibiotics (up to 2 weeks after completing antibiotic therapy).

TREATMENT METHOD

The procedure should be performed by a specialist familiar with the administration method.

Recommended injection depth depends on the type of wrinkles and chosen technique. Stylage XL is only indicated for injections into deep layers of the dermis or subcutaneously. Recommended administration techniques: linear, multi-point, or a combination of these techniques. The treated area should be massaged after injection to ensure proper distribution of the product.

Before the procedure, patients should be informed about possible side effects and risks. The area to be treated should be thoroughly disinfected. The product should be administered slowly into the skin.

After the treatment, slight swelling, redness, or minor bruising may occur, which disappear within a few hours to a few days.

STORAGE

Store at temperatures between 2 and 25°C. Protect from sunlight and freezing. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
