Mesopeel chemical peeling is a medical device that guarantees safety. The purpose of chemical peeling is targeted, accelerated and controlled skin regeneration. Each peeling has a unique formula that allows it to work at different depths, allowing the doctor to flexibly select and prepare treatment programs session after session. Chemical peeling helps remove outer layers to stimulate collagen and elastin production.

Mesopeel® peels are designed to be combined with each other, allowing for multi-layer application in the same session or used in subsequent sessions. According to the manufacturer's recommendations, it is advisable to start with the lowest concentrations and increase them based on skin tolerance and the intended effect.

Mesopeel chemical peels can be divided into 4 levels, depending on the depth of action, which is also adapted to the nature and severity of the treated lesions.

Glycolic acid peeling is a surface peeling that causes gentle exfoliation of the surface layers of the stratum corneum. Glycolic peel contributes to stimulate cell renewal, to the synthesis of glycosaminoglycans, increases the level of hydration of the epidermis and strengthens the natural barrier functions of the skin. The peeling has a high skin tolerance and a small particle size ensuring high penetration through the epidermis. It is suitable for all skin types.

Glycolic acid is one of the most commonly used alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs). It is effective in controlling and reactivating cell synthesis processes. Glycolic acid helps treat all the problems related to skin aging, leaving it radiant and younger.

Basic protocol:

• cleanse with Hydra Milk Cleanser, then tone with Hydratonic,
• degrease skin with Pre-procedure cleansing solution,
• protect sensitive areas, i.e. outer corners of the eyes, nostrils and mucous membranes with Mesolips Protector,
• pour 2.5 to 5 ml of mesopeel into the measuring cup, depending on the area to be treated. Apply the peeling quickly and evenly - starting from the forehead and continuing on the cheeks, chin, perilabial area and nose. The patient may experience tingling or itching, which will subside after neutralization. Fanning or airing is recommended to reduce this feeling,
• wash the treated area with a swab moistened with water after the specified exposure time, starting from the central part, cheeks and ending on the forehead,
• spray the treatment area with plenty of post-peel neutralizing spray and leave the preparation for a few minutes,
• apply a post-peel crystal fiber mask to your face to soothe, regenerate and decongest the skin. In other areas of the peeling application, apply a thick layer of anti-stress mask and leave for 20 minutes, then rinse with water,
• massage Post-procedure fast skin repair until completely absorbed to stimulate the formation of new epithelium on the skin,
• apply a moisturizing SPF50+ sunscreen to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.

INDICATION

USE OF PEELS

Exposure time depends on the type, thickness and condition of the skin and the desired level of therapeutic response.

Recommended maximum approximate application times (minutes):

• maximum recommended exposure times:

- face and body - 10 minutes,

- neck - 2 minutes,

• recommended number of sessions: 6 sessions spaced at least 2 weeks apart,
• frequency of treatments: maintenance session every 6 months.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUES

• fan brush - application with a brush is especially recommended for peelings with a gel consistency,
• gauze - gauze is recommended for liquid solutions. Application with a gauze swab allows you to enhance the effect and depth of chemical peeling in specific places (spots, wrinkles, acne scars), with a small rubbing on the area of ​​diseases. The mechanical action caused by friction intensifies its effect,
• swabs - are very suitable to facilitate application in small or hard to reach places: lip area, eye area or spot changes (age spots, deep wrinkles).

COMPOSITION

• glycolic acid 35%,
• other ingredients: water, 1,2-propanediol, arginine, hydroxyethylcellulose and glycine.

pH 1.8.

Set of Mesoestetic mesopeel Glycolic peel 35% contains:

• peeling: 1 bottle of 50ml,
• post peel neutralizing spray: 1 bottle of 50ml,
• scoop.

Pre-treatment indications:

• within 3 weeks before a chemical peel, you must not perform other peels: dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, ultrasonic peels, etc.,
• within 5 days before the procedure, the patient must not use substances with abrasive or irritating properties,
• it is not recommended to dye, bleach, depilate or shave the treatment area within 5 days before the procedure. For men, this period is 24 hours
• avoid using tanning beds or prolonged exposure to the sun.
• Chemical peeling can be done 1 week after fillers or tattooing.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• pregnant or breastfeeding,
• hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the peeling ingredients,
• treatment with oral isotretinoin or other retinoids (within 6 months of last session,
• autoimmune diseases, chronic disorders and/or dermatological disease,
• radiotherapy,
• recent dermatological procedure,

• open or partially open wounds,
• active acne with open wounds and infections,
