Mesopeel chemical peeling is a medical device that guarantees safety. The purpose of chemical peeling is targeted, accelerated and controlled skin regeneration. Each peeling has a unique formula that allows it to work at different depths, allowing the doctor to flexibly select and prepare treatment programs session after session. Chemical peeling helps remove outer layers to stimulate collagen and elastin production.

Mesopeel® peels are designed to be combined with each other, allowing for multi-layer application in the same session or used in subsequent sessions. According to the manufacturer's recommendations, it is advisable to start with the lowest concentrations and increase them based on skin tolerance and the intended effect.

Mesopeel chemical peels can be divided into 4 levels, depending on the depth of action, which is also adapted to the nature and severity of the treated lesions.

Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) is most often used to improve skin tone, reduce wrinkles and improve skin structure, eliminating discolorations, eliminating atrophic scars. TCA acid can be used to perform superficial and medium-deep peels. It all depends on the concentration of the preparation used

TCA is a chemical exfoliant that acts on the proteins of the epidermis, resulting in a white frost on the skin. This action improves the physiological and mechanical properties of the skin by stimulating the activity of fibroblasts responsible for the synthesis of various macromolecules of the extracellular matrix.

It is recommended to use mesopeel® TCA soft 15% in general and use mesopeel® TCA 35% for more specific, occasional areas (age spots, scars, wrinkles) .

Basic protocol:

• cleanse with Hydra Milk Cleanser, then tone with Hydratonic,
• degrease skin with Pre-procedure cleansing solution,
• protect sensitive areas, i.e. outer corners of the eyes, nostrils and mucous membranes with Mesolips Protector,
• pour 0.5 to 5 ml of mesopeel into the measuring cup, depending on the area to be treated. Apply the peeling quickly and evenly - starting from the forehead and continuing on the cheeks, chin, perilabial area and nose. The patient may feel tingling or itching. Fanning or airing is recommended to reduce this feeling,
• wash the treatment area after the specified exposure time, starting from the center, cheeks and ending on the forehead. If frost occurs on an area, speed up neutralization while allowing the peeling to work on the rest of the treated area,
• TCA peels are not neutralized, five minutes exposure is recommended after the last layer. Trichloroacetic acid causes keratocoagulation, manifested by the appearance of frost a few minutes after application, usually varying depending on the condition of the skin and the concentration used,
• apply a post-peel crystal fiber mask to your face to soothe, regenerate and decongest the skin. In other areas of the peeling application, apply a thick layer of anti-stress mask and leave for 20 minutes, then rinse with water,
• massage Post-procedure fast skin repair until completely absorbed,
• apply a moisturizing SPF50+ sunscreen to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.

INDICATION

• all skin types,
• III and IV stages of skin aging: advanced photoaging, superficial and medium wrinkles,
• regulation of skin pigmentation disorders: freckles, age spots,
• reduction of superficial acne lesions typical of oily and/or acne-prone skin,
• can be used anywhere on the body,
• RECOMMENDATIONS: for skins previously prepared with superficial peels.

USE OF PEELS

Both the number of layers applied and the exposure time depend on the type, thickness and condition of the skin and the desired level of therapeutic response.< /p>

Recommended maximum approximate application times (minutes):

• number of layers: 1 to 2 layers, in point application,
• spacing between layers: 5 minutes,
• recommended number of sessions: 1 session,
• frequency of treatments: up to 2 sessions a year.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUES

• fan brush - application with a brush is especially recommended for peelings with a gel consistency,
• gauze - gauze is recommended for liquid solutions. Application with a gauze swab allows you to enhance the effect and depth of chemical peeling in specific places (spots, wrinkles, acne scars), with a small rubbing on the area of ​​diseases. The mechanical action caused by friction intensifies its effect,
• swabs - are very suitable to facilitate application in small or hard to reach places: lip area, eye area or spot changes (age spots, deep wrinkles).
